HR Executive / HR Officer

Job Summary:
The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations including attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliances, POSH implementation, training programs, and HR development initiatives. The role requires sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and experience working in a factory or technical services environment such as NDT.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Attendance & Payroll Management
• Maintain and monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
• Coordinate payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
• Manage wage calculations, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions.
• Experience with PagarBook application or similar HRMS tools is an added advantage.
2. Statutory & Legal Compliance
• Ensure compliance with ESI, EPF, Factory Act, and applicable provisions of the Companies Act.
• Handle ESI & EPF registrations, monthly returns, challans, and inspections.
• Maintain statutory registers and records as per labor law requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.
3. POSH Compliance
• Implement and monitor Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) policies.
• Organize POSH awareness sessions and training programs.
• Support Internal Committee (IC) formation and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with annual POSH reporting requirements.
4. Training & Development (HRD)
• Conduct employee induction and onboarding programs.
• Organize training programs including POSH, safety, behavioural, and technical awareness.
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, and training records.
• Support HR development initiatives and employee engagement activities.
5. HR Operations & Administration
• Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment coordination, joining formalities, and exit processes.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in drafting and Preparing quotation and taking care of contract review.
6. Factory / Site HR Support
• Coordinate HR activities for site-based or field employees.
• Support compliance and documentation for factory audits and inspections.
• Liaise with site supervisors and management for manpower planning.
Required Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge of ESI, EPF, Factory Act, POSH, and Companies Act basics.
• Hands-on experience in attendance and payroll management.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools (PagarBook preferred but optional).
• Good documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of industrial relations is an advantage.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduate with MBA /PGDM in HR or equivalent.
• Certification in POSH or labor laws is an added advantage.
