• “PENTAGON” VCB Panels are provided with BEL or CGL Make Vacuum Interrupters.
• “PENTAGON” VCBs are available in horizontal draw out type.
• In “PENTAGON” VCB panels, female contact fingers are made up of Copper with Silver plating for anti-corrosion and free from braking due to heat.
• VCB Finger Contacts are provided wi
th additional springs for better contact resistance between contacts and life of breaker is also increased.
• Only standard reputed make relays of C & S and meters of Schneider are provided in “PENTAGON” Vacuum Circuit Breakers.
• Our VCB panels are fabricated with Cold Rolled (CR) Mild Steel Sheets with 2mm thickness for better finish and sturdy longer life application.
• Our VCB Panel sheet metals are treated with 8 tank process and coated with Pure Polyesters (PP) Powder Coating with more than 80 microns for better adherence and for longer life.
• Our VCB Spouts are manufactured with pure electrolytic grade copper only for better conductivity and long life
• Wherever applicable we use electrolytic grade Aluminium bus bars for better conductivity.
• Power Pack provided in our VCB Panels is of ALAN make only.
• For Outdoor Panels Top Canopy are treated with additional Zinc Coating of one layer (70-80 microns) along with one more layer of Pure Polyester Coating for protection from Environmental Damage of the Panels. The same withstands during rain and summer seasons.
• Our 33kV and 22kV panels are provided with exhaust fan, 500W heaters (4 Nos) with automatic temperature controller, contactor and RTD Sensor for the removal of moisture from the panel. These arrangements increases the life of all Insulating material and CT, PT in the system.
• Our Panels are Extensible & modular in construction.
