As a UK-based Biotech company, we are looking to employ a proactive candidate to join our team as a full-time Veterinarian at our animal house.
Job Type: Full-time
Gross Salary: ₹ 40-50k/month (CTC)
Working Hours: 9 am - 5.30 pm (Monday – Saturday, closed on 2nd & 4th Saturdays)
Job Description
The successful candidate needs to,
• Examine animals and check their health status
• Diagnose illnesses and determine the best treatment
• Dress wounds of injured animals
• Vaccinate animals to prevent diseases
• Prescribe medication
• Advise on feeding, housing, nutrition, preventive healthcare and general care
• Update animal records
• Euthanize animals if needed
Required skills
· Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
· 3+ years’ experience as a veterinarian
· Knowledge of animal behavior
· Documentation skills
