Hiring Urgently: AI Developer
We are seeking an experienced AI Developer with a strong background in Natural Language
Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal
candidate will have expertise in Python, experience working with various databases, and a
passion for building cutting-edge AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
ο· Develop, implement, and optimize AI models focusing on NLP, ML, and LLMs.
ο· Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning models for various applications.
ο· Work with different databases (SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases) to store, retrieve, and
process AI-related data efficiently.
ο· Integrate AI models into existing systems and applications, ensuring seamless
performance.
ο· Optimize and scale AI solutions for real-world deployment.
ο· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers,
and business stakeholders.
ο· Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, ML, and NLP technologies and
integrate them into our workflows.
ο· Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate for continuous
improvement.
ο· Implement best practices for AI model monitoring, maintenance, and security.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
ο· 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.
ο· Strong proficiency in Python and related AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-
learn, etc.).
ο· Hands-on experience with NLP techniques, LLM fine-tuning, and deep learning
architectures.
ο· Familiarity with various databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases like Pinecone,
Weaviate, or FAISS).
ο· Strong understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization
techniques.
ο· Experience in deploying AI models into production environments using AP*s, Docker, or
cloud services.
ο· Ability to work with large datasets and perform data analysis to improve model accuracy.
ο· Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and security best practices.
ο· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team
environment.
ο· Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical
stakeholders.
