AUTOMATIC CHAPATHI MACHINE
A automatic compact chapathi machine is designed to make the process of preparing chapathis faster and more convenient. This machine can press cm mild heat, cook, and puff chapathis automatically with minimal human intervention.
How this machine generally work:
1. Dough Feeding: The dough balls are fed into the forming unit.
2. Pressing: The machine automatically press the dough.
3. Cooking: The pressed and mild heated chapathis are then transferred to a conveyor or heated plate, where they are cooked using heat sources.
4. Puffing: Where the chapathi puffs up while cooking, similar to how it is done traditionally on a tawa.
5. Collection: The ready chapathis are collected in a tray.
