𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 | 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘄𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗵𝘁𝗮 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱

Reinforcing the commitment to Swachhta Abhiyan 6.0, the Zonal Head – Noida Zone Retail and DGM – Vigilance, North Zone, visited Auto Care Centre, Greater Noida, and led the cleanliness initiative on the ground.

The team conducted a Nukkad Natak to raise awareness about cleanliness and distributed Swachhta kits to customers, encouraging greater participation in the mission.

HPCL Noida Zone Retail and the COMCO team reaffirm their commitment to maintaining clean and hygienic toilet facilities for customers. Customers were also encouraged to share their feedback through the Darpan App, strengthening collective efforts towards continuous improvement.

𝗖𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗼𝗶𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘀. 𝗤𝘂𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 𝗔 𝗕𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲.

Reaffirming its commitment to cleanliness and customer well-being, 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸𝗮𝗿 𝗗𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗮, 𝗖𝗚𝗠 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 HPCL, inspected toilet hygiene and cleanliness standards of a few HP Retail Outlets of Mumbai under Swachhata Mission 6.0.

During the visit, he interacted with customers and urged them to scan the QR codes of Darpan@PetrolPump displayed at the toilet facilities to share their feedback. As every response helps identify gaps, accelerate corrective action and strengthen cleanliness standards across the network.
Following Shri Dutta’s request, a customer Shri Yash, present at the outlet -immediately shared the positive feedback of the toilet.

As part of Swachhta Abhiyan 6.0, 𝗦𝗵𝗿𝗶 𝗔𝗻𝘂𝗷 𝗝𝗮𝗶𝗻- 𝗘𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿-𝗠𝗥𝗔&𝗣 HPCL, inspected toilet facilities at 𝗚𝗨𝗟𝗨 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗨𝗚𝗨 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗱𝗮𝗯𝗵𝗮 𝗡𝗛 𝟯𝟭𝟲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗻𝗽𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝘆𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗣𝘂𝗿𝗶. He reviewed cleanliness and hygiene standards and reinforce the importance of well-maintained customer amenities.

Shri Anuj Jain also encouraged customers to scan the QR codes displayed at the toilets and share their feedback, enabling quicker identification of improvement areas and faster action.

Demonstrating HPCL’s commitment to Swachhta through leadership on the ground, Shri Amit Garg, 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿 – 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗛𝗣𝗖𝗟, inspected a few Retail Outlets in Mumbai, engaging directly with customers to reinforce the importance of cleanliness, hygiene and customer participation.

He encouraged customers to share their feedback on the toilets at Retail Outlets through Darpan@PetrolPump, highlighting the importance of collective participation in maintaining clean and hygienic surroundings. Following him, a customer immediately inspected the toilet facility and shared positive feedback through the Darpan App.

Emphasising the importance of the 𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿, Shri Garg motivated outlet staff to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer service, while encouraging customers to actively contribute to improving outlet facilities.

As part of Swachhta Abhiyan 6.0, HPCL continues to champion a culture of cleanliness, accountability and customer participation, reinforcing its commitment to providing clean, safe and customer-friendly facilities across its retail network.
