The company was established by Mr Rajesh Jain, S/o Late Mr Narendra Kumar Jain (He was one of the first Indians to establish manufacturing facilities for explosives (including dynamite, slurry, gun powder, safety fuse). In 1962 he started his first plant with european collaboration.)
