Position: Sales Engineer- Delhi/ NCR, UP, Haryana

📍 Location: Delhi/NCR, UP, Haryana
📅 Experience: 1–2 Years Should have experience in Technical Support / Services Industry, Knowledge of Fundamental Electronics (Digital/ Analog /Microcontroller Devices), Familiarity with Electronics Components.
🎓 Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / Degree

Vagmine Technologies is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Engineer- Delhi to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and hands-on experience in technical sales, especially in testing and measuring instruments.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Work closely and build relationships with customers
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
✔ Provide technical support as needed
✔ Develop and execute effective sales strategies
✔ Understand customer requirements and offer tailored solutions
✔ Generate leads and follow up on new opportunities
✔ Conduct customer visits along with channel partners to drive business
✔ Offer product recommendations and technical guidance during trials
✔ Identify potential customers and contribute to regional sales growth
✔ Travel for customer meetings and site inspections as required

Preferred Candidate Profile:
✔ Diploma / B.Tech / Graduate in a relevant field
✔ Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the Field of selling Test and Measuring Instrument/ATE in the Industry/PSU/Defense sector.
✔ Strong negotiation and presentation skills
✔ Basic technical understanding of testing & measuring instruments
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
✔ Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
✔ Prior experience in a similar industry is a plus
✔ Willing to travel for customer visits

Role Description:
This is a full-time job role located in Delhi/ NCR, UP, for a Sales & Application Engineer at Vagmine Technologies. The ideal candidate for this position will be will obtain and expand the company's business relationships. In order to succeed in this position the candidate must have a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled with sociable and outgoing personality to build rapport with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree/B.E. / Diploma experience in Engineering.
* 1+ years of relevant experience.

* Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
* Previous experience in a sales or technical support role in a related field is an added advantage.
* Willingness to travel for customer visits, site inspections.
