𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 : 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗺 𝗧𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, 𝗚𝘂𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺

The workplace sits on 4th and 5th floor in a 25000 sqft site of Prism tower. It is functioning with approx. 200 people. We provided a variety of work settings, allowing staff to choose where and how they want to work. This can manifest itself in breakout spaces designed for informal catch-ups, team collaboration or simply for a quiet coffee, to private spaces designed for concentrated working where people won’t be disturbed to phone booths for taking confidential phone calls. The ceiling also kept half open and half covered to break the monotony and provide the best use wherever necessary.

The residence houses a basement designed as a plush party space for large gatherings. It consists of a home theatre & private gymnasium.
A customised floor to ceiling wooden panelling with a fireplace gives the space more intricacy. A personalized stone inlay is laid down with extreme craftsmanship to emphasize of the grandeur.

The project brief was to beautify a spacious 4bhk floor in an under-construction building. The facade development was under the said scope of work. Additional areas included a basement and terrace design. The theme is kept close to a classical design by taking inspiration from ancient Greek architecture albeit retouching the private spaces with a hint of modernity through furniture, finishes & fixtures

The dining area is envisioned as an extravagant space with designer mirror panelling and is separated from the living space using an intricate gold leafing MS jali. The walls and ceiling are heavily clad with mouldings & customised furniture grace the entire basement.

The stilt floor in this residence acts not only as common parking and transition space but also behaves as a waiting space/space to unwind. It houses a cosy area consisting of a customised bookshelf, a waiting space and a private elevator exclusively for our client and his peers. Clad with palatial Italian stones on its walls, the room also boasts of a personalised luxe mirror panelling.
