Oh look, a brand-new building — barely 9–10 months old — and the columns are already buckling, crushing, and bursting.

But hey, at least you saved a few thousand rupees by hiring the “cheapest engineer” available, right?

👏 Bravo.

Even better — the failure is on the second-last floor, where the axial loads are minimal as compared to Basement & ground.
So no, don’t blame the load. Blame the logic. Or rather, the lack of it.

Because when you treat structural engineering like a checkbox and not a responsibility,
this is exactly what you get: a structure on paper, a disaster in reality.

💡 Pro tip: Just because someone can use software doesn’t mean they understand structures.
