In the past 38 years, we won several awards for our approach towards quality, engineering, health & safety and built environment. We constantly strive to establish industry SOPs such that significant economic development and a positive impact to the society at large, is made efficiently.
There is huge scope in up skilling the Indian construction workforce, which the industry must take up.
Our first step was to upgrade existing skills to national standards, and develop frameworks necessary for quality assurance by aligning our plans with those of the Skill India Mission and partnering with training agencies for greater workforce productivity.
One such effort was made with Indiavision Realty & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. (affiliated to CSDCI & IPSC) for an On-The-Job training exercise designed to increase productivity of bar benders, carpenters and masons. Indiavision not only employs 100% skilled and certified manpower for its construction services but also looks after skilling at construction sites without any loss of work.
The result of the training was not only limited to an increase in output but also a confidence-inspiring environment being built by completely skilled and certified manpower, as well as a revision in pay for the newly acquired skills.
