This paper builds a new mathematical model for risk to reward optimization in investments and projects, with examples from Biomedical sector. Earlier I gained knowledge of risk neutral investments and risk appetite from various courses in business school. Applying the knowledge that I gained in my MBA Fin/Gen from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management in partnership with Harvard Business School, Massachusetts Institute of Technology & Boston University , as well as MSc Erasmus Fin/Gen from KEDGE Business School, although the journal version of the paper was worked upon when I was associated with Schiller International University. Earlier, an international conference version of this paper was published when I was working at University of Eastern Finland :
