Besides conceptualizing and executing many highly acclaimed architectural projects, he is widely travelled with international exposure and many awards to his credit. His passion for sustainable, simple and bold architecture reflects in his design ideology. Gurpreet Singh Shah, Principal Architect, M.S in Urban Design and recipient of William Kinne Fellowship award, Columbia University, New York, who gained his early experience while associated with International Architects of repute in USA, revolutionized the scale and methodology, expanded the boundaries of practice globally. He has more than a decade of local and international architecture and urban design experience. With his vision to deliver a new generation of Infrastructure, Airports and Mass transit facilities that are sustainable and also give a world class travel experience, Gurpreet has pioneered sustainable infrastructure designs in India. Prabhpreet Shah, Executive Director, MBA in finance from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad.He is a recipient of the Dean’s List and Merit List award from the school and has nine years of rich international experience.As the Real Estate and Financial expert, Prabhpreet leads Project Management, valuation, Feasibility assessment and Real Estate analysis at the firm. He envisions to define next-generation facilities that integrate sustainability practices with cost effective financial models. Prabhpreet has led the Group’s foray into real estate development through URC Creative Developers (P) Ltd – a venture for contemporary real estate development. K.K. Mitra,are experts in Hospital Planning. Prof.H.R. Suri is a mastersin Urban Planning from UK, and former President of Indian Institute of Town planning an expert in High-rise buildings and in socio-economic field for implementation of the projects.
