We are delighted to share that we have successfully filed our Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP), marking a significant step towards our proposed IPO later this year. This milestone reflects our commitment to innovation, strong corporate governance, and creating long-term value for all stakeholders.
What started with a vision to develop indigenous Airport and Defence technologies has today grown into a trusted partner for customers across India. Our solutions now span Airfield Ground Lighting (AGL), Airfield Lighting Control & Monitoring Systems (ALCMS), Navigational Aids (NAVAIDs), Air Traffic Management (ATM) solutions, Communication Systems, Apron Management Systems, Advanced Visual Docking Guidance Systems (A-VDGS), Electrical Infrastructure like Smart Meters at airports and military bases.
As we enter this exciting new chapter, we remain committed to delivering solutions that enhance the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of operations while contributing to the vision of Make in India and strengthening India’s aviation and military infrastructure.
