Our process of Circle manufacturing involves DC Casting, Ingot Homogenizing, Ingot Scalping, Hot Rolling, Cold Rolling, Shearing ,Circle Punching and Heat Treatment process to get the desired Tempers. IS 21:1992 standards as spe
cified by the BUREAU OF INDIAN STANDARDS is followed to meet the international quality norms. We have a fully equipped Quality Control and R & D department where we test for Chemical as well as for mechanical properties of the final product. Primary Aluminium Ingots/Sows is used as raw material procured from primary producers like M/S NALCO, M/S HINDALCO and M/S Vedanta Aluminium for production of Aluminium Circles in the grades of IS19700, IS19600, IS19500 ( all 1S), IS1900 (2S), IS40800 (98S) and IS31000(3S) in all temper designates of O, H12, H14, H14 and H18. Depending upon the end use, the circles are suitable for every application of Deep Drawing and Spinning for production of Cookware and Pressure Cookers. All types of surface treatments like Anodizing, Hard Anodizing, Non-Stick Coating can be done on the cooker/cookware produced from the circles.
