Our R&D team is working hard on depositing more thick diamond layer around the diamond coated (CVD) die to increase the re‐cut and re‐sizing parameters up to 29.00 mm to cater more solutions to the explicit requirements
by wire & cable industry. Extrusion Tools, Round and Shape Dies:
We are specialist for making compacting dies from 16 Sq.mm to 1000 Sq.mm in PCD & Carbide. ND dies from 50 micron -1.5mm. PCD and Carbide Dies for MIG/CO2, SS, and High/Low Carbon/Brass are made for any size & any shape. We supply die polishing & re-grinding machines with all polishing accessories.
