The Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) project is a state sponsored Industrial development project of the Government of India (GOI) aimed at creating industrial and special
economic zones (SEZ) spanning six states in India. These six states are Delhi,Gujarat, Haryana, Maharashtra,Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan. The project will see major expansion of industrial clusters, rail, road, port, air

connectivity, and other essential infrastructure in the states along the route of the Corridor. The project has received significant investment from India and Japan.
