-> Grab tines can be executed in 4, 5, 6, open, half closed or fully closed
-> Jaw and tip material: extremely wear-resistant steel (HARDOX 400 & 500)
-> Optimised geometry, high filling factor
-> Robust structure in high elastic strength steel
-> Axles of bearings: special hardened material
-> Full protected hydraulic cylinders.

We manufacture vertical, horizontal & diagonal Hot Billet Shearing machine. Specially designed for cutting the hot billets of Continuous Casting Machine 3/6, 4/7 & 6/11 radius, to cut the billet size of 100 x 100 mm to 250 x 250 mm at temperature 900-1000 deg C in steel plants.

It brings a reduction in overall cost such as Oxygen Gas, LPG Gas, Material cutting loss & labour.

We do customized design for our clients to fulfill the demand for their optimum performance and full customer support.

We have exported our products to Asian and African countries as well.
