I am Ajay Kumar pidiha from panna MP India. I have a I am a customer of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance since 2018 to 2023. I was assigned a plan, reliance Nippon life classic plan || my policy number 53198632 client ID number 64507949. Date of commercement 6 April 2018 for 15 year, And frequency of payment half yearly Rs.15,000. I have a problem during funds switch from my account unique user ID 53198632. We have rice a complain by online customer reliance Nippon life care insurance. I have problems facing during switch my fund value in equity first but we find that not updated in my account. Raise Complain by our customer care service and also visit our near reliance Nippon life insurance office but problem is not resolved. We have waiting a six-month but problem is not resolved wrong and switch fund value find in my account. We have to
Decided left in my account we have a talk with a concern headquarter department and reliance Nippon customer care service inform that in my account not reflect correct fund value, then headquarter given a letter that your fund value switch value manually switch on equity first after then I have rise again complain that but in my account user ID53198632 not reflecting correct and value in equity first, but problem is not resolved via headquarter and reliance Nippon life insurance so I will choose surrender my value with our headquarter letter. I have find a fund value as per reflect on my previous fund value, as per headquarter letter, I have lost approx Rs.30,000 from reliance Nippon life insurance, dear government. Please interfere with reliance Nippon life insurance that remaining Rs.30,000. Please provide. I requested to reliance Nippon life insurance, please provide the remaining amount as per headquarter letter.
Please provide as per head quarter latter fund value.
