At URC Construction Private Limited, Erode, we believe that employee well-being and team bonding are just as important as professional excellence.

To promote sportsmanship, physical fitness, and provide a refreshing break from routine work, we recently organized a Cricket Tournament for our staff. The event encouraged participation in sports while strengthening camaraderie among team members.

The tournament provided a great platform for our staff to unwind, stay physically active, and build stronger connections beyond the workplace. It was truly inspiring to witness the enthusiasm, teamwork, and sporting spirit displayed by everyone throughout the event.

We extend our sincere appreciation to the CMRL Thousand Lights Project Team for successfully organizing the tournament and ensuring it was a memorable experience for all participants.
