We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Store Sales Representative to help us build up our HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning / Air Purification) business activities.

This position’s responsibilities include the following :

Responsibilities:

Driving Sales thru Store Walk-ins & Sales promotion activities.
Office administration & Visitor handling.
Familiar with commercial aspects i.e., Invoicing, Payment Collection, Record Keeping etc.
Discovering and pursuing influencers ( Architects, Builders, Consultants, etc ) & new sales prospects thru Tele calling, social media engagements, Lead follow-up & personal visits as per company guidelines.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through Tele-calling, pursuing Website inquiries, Social Media & India Mart leads.
To understand the customer's requirements/expectations & match them with our quality products.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with management.
Requirements :

Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience as a Store Sales Representative or relevant role
Proficiency in Hindi & English
Hands-on experience with Consumer Durables & preferably with the air-conditioning industry is a plus
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
