1. Links/Roller/Pin/Bush material is purchased from reputed original manufacturer and Tested for quality before and after procurement i.e. chemical and physical properties(UTS).
2. Links are initially punched on power presses and then flattered. Each Link is physically testedbefore heat treatment for volume hardness. After heat treatment in gas carbonized furnace , links are finally hole machined VMC to maintain hole centre and dia in microns to give 100% load bearing area which will give good holding power, which is crticial in chain assembly.
3.Roller material is procured from reputed original manufacturer, tested and machined on CNC machine centres to close tolerances. Heat Treatment is done in gas carbonsisng furnaces / Induction furnace or per requirement.
4.Bush material after testing is machined on CNC machines. They are volume hardened and then induction hardened as per requirement. Bushs are finally ground on centreless grinding machine to close tolerances in microns for press fitment.
5.Pin material after testing is machined on CNC machines. Pins are finally ground on centreless grinding machine to close tolerances in microns for press fitment.
6.100% Dimensional quality of all parts is checked by GO / NO /GO Gauges for machined components and cc gauge for links. Assembly of chain parts is done with the help of block assembly fixtures and total assembly is done by specifically developed hydraulic presses under supervision of quality control engineers.
