The company with its registered office in New Delhi and corporate office at Faridabad in Haryana deals with complete engineering solutions for its clients in India and abroad. CASE offers a wide range of state-of-art-the technologies for Coal Gasifiers, Cooling Solutions, Air Pollution Solutions, Water Treatment Solutions, Direct Reduced Iron and Solar Energy Based Power Plants. The organization aims to deliver globally, the best of quality products at the most economic rates within minimum lead times. CASE has recently finished a turnkey project to make DRI from Iron ore fines and coal fines. This technology apart from economical beneficial has many technical advantages over the conventional rotary kiln. CASE is in technical collaboration with OTSK, China for this technology. CASE has also ventured into the line of Coal Briquetting and Bio Briquetting lines to save on the coal cost to the consumer using coal gasifiers. The technical collaboration of these lines with Messers Zhengzhou Kehua Industrial Equipment Co. CASE is in partnership with Messers Tangshan Keyuan Enviornmental Protection Technology & Equipment Co. Ltd., for supply state of the art Crude Gasifiers, Clean Gasifiers and Ultra Clean Gasifiers in India. The joint venture is with an understanding that all the basic equipments will come from China and the installation and commissioning as well as aftersales would be taken care by CASE.

Coal is usually seen as a dirty fuel.

But with the gasification route, coal can become the cleanest fuel.

Coal gasification transforms coal into syngas, which can be cleaned and further converted into fuels, methanol, ammonia and other industrial products.

This changes the way India can look at its domestic coal resources.

Instead of simply burning coal, gasification allows us to convert it into cleaner, more versatile energy and industrial feedstocks.

For India, this means an opportunity to strengthen:

But one of the most important rooms is often one of the quietest-the control room.

This is where engineers monitor different parts of the plant in real time. They keep an eye on equipment, operating conditions and safety systems, helping ensure everything runs as planned.

By spotting unusual readings early, they can respond quickly, minimise disruptions and help keep operations running safely and efficiently.

While the machines do the work, the control room helps make sure they keep working.

What if the heat produced inside a factory didn't simply disappear?

Many industrial processes generate large amounts of heat. Instead of letting all that energy escape, industries can capture some of it and use it again in other parts of the manufacturing process.

This is known as waste heat recovery.

Think of it like using the warmth left in a pan after cooking to keep another dish warm, instead of letting that heat disappear. Industries follow a similar idea-recovering usable heat to improve energy efficiency and reduce unnecessary energy consumption.

By making better use of the energy they already produce, factories can operate more efficiently, lower energy costs, and make smarter use of available resources.
