Job Responsibilities
- Manage CRM portal of the companies
- Assign task to Technicians and coordinate with them.
- Resolve customer requests on phone and close the calls.
- Motivate technicians to work efficiently
- Place part orders and manage inventory
- Reply related emails quickly and effectively

Job Requirements
- Candidate should be graduated or above
- He should be experienced in MS Office and Internet
- He should have good communication skills
- He should be able to write error-free and understandable Emails in English
- Knowledge of RAC would be an added advantage
