Stop trying to look confident.
I've seen professionals with incredible experience undermine their own presence without realizing it.
They speak too quickly.
Explain too much.
Fill every silence.
Keep checking people's reactions.
They're not lacking knowledge.
They're simply trying too hard to demonstrate confidence.
Real confidence is quieter.
It allows you to:
Control your pace.
Allow silence.
Listen completely.
Make your point simply.

Because confidence isn't about making everyone notice you.
It's about being comfortable enough to be fully present.
