Rebaring ka Complete Process
1. Hilti / Fischer chemical use karke drilling
Required dia se core drill kiya jata hai.
Depth normally 10–15 times bar diameter rakhi jati hai.
Example: 12mm bar → 120mm to 180mm depth.
2. Hole cleaning
Brush se clean.
Air blower se pura dust nikalna jaruri hai.
Ye step skip karne se bond strength kam ho jati hai.
3. Chemical injection
Common chemicals:
Hilti HIT-RE 500,
Fischer FIS EM Plus,
STP / Asian epoxy injectable,
Cico Resin, etc.
Chemical hole me 60–70% fill kara jata hai.
4. Rebar insertion
Bar ko rotating motion me insert karte hain.
Bar diameter as per drawing: 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm etc.
5. Curing time
Chemical set hone me normally:
30–45 minutes (normal temp)
Full strength 24 hours me milti hai.
