At Gramlight – VS Energy Technology, women empowerment is not just a message — it is part of our mission. Through our Gramlight initiative, we provide skill development, technical training, and employment opportunities in LED manufacturing and assembly.
Women from rural communities gain the skills to work with modern lighting technology, enabling them to earn sustainable incomes, support their families, and become financially independent.
Many of these women also become local entrepreneurs and leaders, helping bring energy-efficient lighting solutions to villages while inspiring others in their communities.
