Today, on the occasion of the birthday of my elder daughter, Dr. Rekha, I extend my heartfelt wishes for her to live a long and healthy life.
May she continue to dedicate herself to public service with compassion and commitment, serving the people tirelessly and emerging as a true “people’s doctor.”
I pray that her life may always be filled with meaningful service, loving relationships, and lasting fulfillment.

Today, I had the honour of meeting the Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Dr. L. Murugan, during his visit to Gudiyatham.
During the meeting, I submitted a petition on behalf of the local residents regarding the issue of reducing the height of the Ammananguppam railway bridge.
The Hon’ble Minister assured that the petition would be immediately forwarded to the Union Railway Minister and that appropriate action would be taken at the earliest.
Mr. M. Gopinath, Advocate Gopi, Mr. D. Sankaran, Mr. Paramathma, and Mr. S. Ramesh Kumar were present during the meeting.

In 1987, several parts of the world were affected by a major outbreak of the polio virus, with nearly 350,000 people suffering from polio at that time. Resolving to do something to eradicate this disease, Dr. Jacob John, senior Virologist at CMC Vellore, took the first initiative. His efforts reached the attention of the Rotary International President, and subsequently UNICEF joined hands with the mission.

Today, because of this global partnership, Rotary has succeeded in eliminating polio in many countries around the world. Notably, India has been completely polio-free since 2014.

The 90th birthday of the distinguished Dr. Jacob John — a humble, simple human being with no desire for publicity, who serves as a Advisor to the ICMR and World Health Organization — was celebrated today.

On this occasion, Rotary leaders including District Governor 3231 V. Suresh, Past District Governors A. K. S.,K.Jawarilal Jain and J. K. N. Palani, and District Governor-Nominee T.Sivakumar, met him at 🏠 s residency Vellore in person and conveyed their greetings.

The LIC Chairman’s Club Member Agents Convention was held today at the Chennai Trade Centre. CEO /Chairman Mr. Doraisamy participated as the Chief Guest. As a mark of respect, a delegation led by All India LIAFI 2924/2000 General Secretary Mr. B. Markandeyalu, along with South Zone President N. P. Subramaniam, South Zone Secretary J. K. N. Palani,Head Quarter vice President Nagarjuna rao,South Zone Treasurer K. Murali, IT Wing’s K. Natarajan, Chennai–1 Executive Committee Member T. K. R. Srinivasan, Nagarajan and others, met him and honoured him with a shawl and a flower bouquet.and also we seen Mr Govind Prasad Agarwal ED Marketing and Zonal manager Sri Murlidar.

On this occasion, they expressed their gratitude to the respected Chairman for increasing the out-of-pocket expenses for the Chairman’s Club Member Convention, for enhancing the travel allowance given to agents opting for tourist options, for successfully conducting the Chairman’s Club Convention after fulfilling the long-pending demands of the agents, and for immediately appointing an officer and taking appropriate action to help the Raichur Division agents who were recently injured in an accident in Ramanathapuram.

வேலூர் விஐடி பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் இன்று ரோட்டராக்ட் கிளப் ஆஃப் விஐடி யின் சாசனம் வழங்கும் விழா சிறப்பாக நடைபெற்றது. பல்கலைக்கழகத்தின் துணைத் தலைவர் திரு. சங்கர் விஸ்வநாதன் அவர்கள் முதன்மை விருந்தினராக கலந்து கொண்டார். முன்னாள் மாவட்ட ஆளுநர் ஜே. கே. என். பழனி மற்றும் வருங்கால மாவட்ட ஆளுநர் டி. சிவகுமார் அவர்கள் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்களாக கலந்து கொண்டனர். ரோட்டராக்ட் சேர்மன் ஹரி, சதாக்ஷி, தினேஷ், மற்றும் கோபிநாத் ஆகியோரும் நிகழ்வில் கலந்து கொண்டு சிறப்பித்தனர்.

நிகழ்வின் ஒரு பகுதியாக, விஐடி பல்கலைக்கழகம் மற்றும் ரோட்டரி அமைப்பு இடையே ஒப்பந்தம் (MOU) கையெழுத்தாகி, மாணவர்களில் தலைமைத்துவம், புதுமை, மற்றும் சமூகப் பணியாற்றும் மனப்பாங்கை வளர்க்கும் நோக்கில் புதிய ஒத்துழைப்புக்கு துவக்கம் வைக்கப்பட்டது. விழாவின் போது முதன்மை மற்றும் சிறப்பு விருந்தினர்கள் புதிய ரோட்டராக்ட் உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு பதக்கங்களை அணிவித்து அவர்களை அதிகாரப்பூர்வமாக வரவேற்றனர். இவ்விழா, புதிய ரோட்டராக்ட் கிளப்பின் சிறப்பான தொடக்கமாக அமைந்தது.
