PATIL GROUP was established in the year 1946 in Gulbarga by the Late Dr. Galangalappa Patil. Dr Patil, who was popularly known as S. Patil in business circles, belonged to one of the well known Veershaiva (Lingayat) families of Karnataka. The Group manufactures all types of RCC, PCC and PSC Poles, Power and Distribution Transformers and Prestressed Concrete Railway Sleepers, and Points and Crossin
g Sleepers. Our well known clients include the Indian Railways as well as other Public sector enterprises and Private Sector companies. The Group also has RCC Hume Pipe factories and Indian Oil Corporation dealerships, as well as a number of educational institutions - the Chandrakant Patil English Medium school which is affiliated to the CBSE, the Chandrakant Patil Public School (Karnataka State syllabus), and the Chandrakant Patil Memorial PU College of Science and Commerce. In the year 2010 the Group established a 100% Export Oriented Unit which extracts, purifies and supplies different grades of Fullers Earth. Fullers Earth is a product which has a high concentration of calcium bentonate.
