It was in the year 1974 when “THE AMT LEGACY” was started. With the trade name of “ALIYA ENGINEERING WORKS” Mr. Mumtaz Ali Shaik started the journey on 22nd Day of June, 1974. On 29th of July 1987 after his death, his son Mr. Asif Basha continued his legacy changing the trade name to “AMT CARGO EARTH MOVERS” now joining hands with his son Mr. Shaik Mumtaz Ali both have registered “AMT INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED” under Pursuant to sub-section (2) of Section 7 and sub-section (1) of section 8 of the Companies Act,2013 (18 of 2013) and rule 18 of the Companies (Incorporation) Rules, 2014 on 16th Day of August, 2021.
