At the launch of Invest Maharashtra in Mumbai, STL signed an MoU with the Government of Maharashtra in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Devendra Fadnavis. STL Leadership team - Pravin Agarwal, Vice Chairman and Ankit Agarwal, MD attended the occasion.

For STL, Maharashtra is home. It is where we are headquartered, and where our plants in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar make optical fibre for the world.

It is one more stride towards Lakshya, and towards building the world’s digital backbone.

Five years ago, Ankit Agarwal took charge as Managing Director of STL.
In that time, our market capitalisation has grown from about $1 Bn to about $5 Bn. We have taken on AI data centres, signed with hyperscalers, and turned next-generation fibre into networks that carry live traffic. With more than 15 years with the company, Ankit has been a key enabler for the growth and global expansion.

And this is the warm-up.

With 'Lakshya', we are aiming for ₹20,000 Cr in revenue by FY29. The ambition is bigger, the pace is faster, and the stride is longer.
