2. Credit in Elec Bill on approvals -> Instant Gratification
3. Reverse if No Solar in 90 days -> Faster Adoption
4. Deduct subsidy if production low -> Quality

What NOT Needed In
1. Generation Based Incentive will not convince on as it takes min 18 months.
2. Empanelment tenders - DISCOMs check component certificates, can also ensure as they will now get incentives

What To Be Careful About In
1. Customers need customisation. Roof’s real estate is high value. Experience of 100+ such installations.
2. DISCOMs can get too much "power" & slow things in State-Run and create monopoly in Private Ones
