Some glimpses from our recent Goa annual offsite, where colleagues from across India came together under one roof to celebrate SPARK 2026.
It is important to reflect on why offsites like this matter. In a high-growth organisation, it is often easy to focus on what comes next. SPARK gave us a moment to look back—to reflect on how far we have come and what we have built—and then look ahead, together.
It made us reflect on what it will take to achieve a goal of this scale: finding greater purpose in what we do, cheering when our colleagues shine, and supporting one another through the difficult parts of the journey.
Because when the goal is this big, the people you build with matter just as much as what you build.
And that’s what SPARK was all about.
