Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on our infrastructure division. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions specific to infrastructure operations, ensuring alignment with company goals and promoting a positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Partner with infrastructure department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective recruitment and talent acquisition strategies.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for infrastructure roles, from job posting to onboarding.
Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and coaching.
Oversee employee relations within the infrastructure teams, addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Implement training and development programs to enhance skills and capabilities within the infrastructure division.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, specifically tailored to infrastructure operations.
Manage compensation and benefits administration for infrastructure employees, ensuring competitiveness and fairness.
