Machine: ERMS43150
Year of Supply: 2017

Challenge
The ERMS43150 machine was severely damaged due to an accidental free fall during internal shifting at the customer’s factory. Following the incident, the customer considered scrapping the machine and investing in a new replacement.

HACO’s Solution
The customer approached HACO for technical support. Our expert service team transported the machine back to the HACO factory for a complete technical restoration. The scope of work included:

• Complete disassembly of the machine
• Precision machining of affected components
• Replacement of all damaged parts
• Full repainting and assembly
• Comprehensive quality inspection of all systems
• Final setup, installation and commissioning

Result
The machine was restored to as-good-as-new condition, both in performance and appearance. The customer was extremely happy to see their machine fully operational again, delivering the same reliability as when it was first installed.
