5. Prepare test report and record of test results.

6. Participation in investigation of non-conformity

7. Maintain all the testing instruments.

8. Performs work functions and keeps records as per approved SOPs and/or laboratory policies

9. Identifies and records non conformity on Corrective Action Requests

10. Improves laboratory and/or quality activities on a continuous basis
