What you'll do:
✅ Oversee end-to-end operations across all business functions
✅ Drive business development and unlock new growth opportunities
✅ Build and nurture high-value client relationships & partnerships
✅ Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
✅ Monitor performance metrics and champion continuous improvement
What we're looking for:
🔹 20+ years of proven experience in Operations & Business Development 🔹 Strong leadership with sharp people management instincts
🔹 Excellent communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills
🔹 Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
🔹 Engineering / Management background preferred
