📋 Role: Insurance Claims Executive
🏭 Industry: Road Construction / Infrastructure
📍 Location: Gurgaon / Hisar
💼 Experience Required:
2–3 years of hands-on experience in insurance claim processing.
Experience handling Motor Insurance, Workmen Compensation (WC), and Group Health Insurance claims.
Candidates with background in insurance companies, brokers, TPAs, or corporate claim departments are preferred.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of insurance claims from intimation to final settlement.
Track and follow up with insurance companies, TPAs, surveyors, hospitals, garages, and internal teams.
Collect, verify, and submit all required supporting documents.
Respond promptly to insurer queries to ensure timely closure and disbursement.
Maintain updated claim trackers and MIS reports.
Coordinate with project sites, HR, Finance, and key stakeholders.
🎯 Key Skills:
Strong documentation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of insurance claim procedures and policy documentation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and quick learner.
