🧩 CADATHON 🧩
✏️ Design it. Model it. Assemble it.

CADATHON, organised by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), IIEST Shibpur, is a hands-on design challenge that pushes participants to think like real-world engineers and designers. Rooted in the fundamentals of Engineering Drawing and 3D CAD modelling, this event tests creativity, accuracy, and problem-solving skills as ideas are transformed into precise technical models.
Participants will tackle design problems, create individual components, and bring them together into a complete assembly, experiencing the full workflow of professional CAD design.

Presented by The Department of Mechanical Engineering organised by Society of Mechanical Engineers, IIEST, Shibpur.

⚙️ Event Details:
CADATHON will be conducted in two rounds.
Participants qualifying from Round 1 will advance to Round 2, where they will design multiple components and build the final assembled model.
