We at Trans Valves have been manufacturing and supplying Valves and regulators to the Indian Oil Companies and various Multinationals in India, for more than two decades. With a view towards fulfilling our Social Responsibility and obligation towards the environment, we had taken - up the challenge to develop and manufacture Auto LPG Multifunction Valves in India. We are the first manufacturer to succeed in this objective and get these valves approved by CCOE, BIS and ARAI, the Indian Approving Authorities. Further, we have been actively involved with the technical development of all these products and have therefore been active members of ME 16, the Bureau of Indian Standards Technical Committee for Gas Cylinders. We are also active Panel Members in the Indian representation in ISO/TC56/SC2 the Technical Committee for Gas Cylinder Valves and Fittings. Besides supplying our products to the Indian Market, we have successfully exported more than 3 million Propane, Butane and LPG Regulators, Valves and Adopters to the extremely stringent market of USA and Canada with certification by UL. These products are tested as per UL 144 and UL 2061. Also we have regular exports of these products to cater to the requirements of many countries like Bangladesh, Gulf Countries, Indonesia, Nigeria, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore and others, with certification by SGS and TUV. In all these countries we have gained a reputation and built an identity, for quality, reliability and safety. Apart, we are also into the development of the electronic equipments like the Object Finder, Gas Weighing scale with different features. Our strong R&D base makes us confident in such products. The state-of-the-art manufacturing plant put-up by Trans Valves has all the facilities for making the valves and regulators starting from Incoming Raw Material Testing, production machinery which is capable of making the products as per stringent National and International standards, In-process and Final quality control set-up with an emphasis on reducing the rejection to almost negligible levels. Trans Valves developed this stabilized process methodology by way of adapting innovative process techniques with a special attention on energy conservation. In that context, Trans Valves developed its own Furnace Systems in the Process Machinery which conserves energy thereby contributing significant reduction in the cost of manufacturing valves and regulators and also improves the productivity considerably. Trans Valves made this achievement possible through the efforts constantly put in by the dedicated team of Managers, Professionals, skilled Engineers and Technicians. The ongoing development programme of our company successfully created a diverse products range of unique LPG equipment with features such as rotating outlet, 100% excess flow shut-off, child safety lock, low level indicator (with analogue/ electronic display), etc. Our electronic display mechanism is a patented product. Besides the above, the company has vast experience in the manufacture of the steel cable drums for the cable industry and been actively involved with this activity with the capability to undertake the steel fabrications. Die casting of the Zinc and the Aluminium components for various applications are largely used in-house and the capability and experience can be provided. The company has developed RF based products for export and is also supplying kitchenware allied products. Now, our Valves & Regulators are CE approved for the European markets.
