JOB DESCRIPTION :

He or she should be responsible for all
Backend sales handling

Co-ordination with Customer’s and consultants on inquiry given
Interacting with internal design team for queries related to technicalities of inquiries and technical specifications of projects
Interacting with factory team for understanding concepts of products what we manufacture
Interaction with Logistic and dispatch team for understanding transport required for the project ; sharing dispatch information with customer.
Co-ordinating with Immediate senior for all his sales related issues.
Understanding his or her job profile and its role and responsibilities.
Ownership of being an part of backend sales team in absence of his immediate senior.
Handling customer queries and complaints related to projects timely.

We are looking to fill HVAC design engineer post in our firm. Ideally the candidate shall have 4-5 years of experience in Design of Various HVAC clean room projects. Good knowledge to HVAC design ducting and clean room panels is a must. People who worked with clean room projects designer are highly preferred.

Job Location: Hyderabad.


Job Description:

a) Hands on experience in design of Cleanroom HVAC in pharmaceutical Industry.
b) Sound knowledge in preparation in of Detail Design such as Room data sheet, Heating & Cooling Load calculations, Infill & Ex-fill calculations, Air Flow Schematic drawings, HVAC Zoning drawings, HVAC Equipment Layouts, HVAC Ducting layouts as per SMACNA Standards, ASHRAE & ISHRAE Guidelines.
c) Preparation of Technical Data sheets (Specifications) for HVAC related Components, Bill of Quantity estimation, Bill of Materials.
d) Drafting of working drawings plan, Sectional & Elevations, Architectural layout (wall & ceiling plans) of Cleanrooms, Reflected Ceiling plan, HVAC ducting layouts, detailed sectional views of duct layouts & Isometric views for required components by using Auto-CAD software.
e) Static pressure calculations in ducting.
f) Chilled water, Hot water manifold Selection & Schematics preparation as per ISHRAE & ASHRAE guidelines.
h) Preparation of Ducting workshop drawings, Construction drawings & As-built drawings.  Lux level calculation for selection of Light fixtures wattage.
i) Knowledge in Clean room classification, design & space management as per ISPE, ISO-14644 Guidelines.
j) Analysed the tasks of preparation of Conceptual design & design qualification documents of HVAC such as DQ, IQ, OQ & PQ as per GMP & GEP guidelines.
k) Troubleshooting the problems related to design during installation.
