at Eruvaka Technology was a powerful step in that direction.

Bringing together team members from across locations, our High Performing Team Workshop, led by Chandana Herur from Menon's Leadership Academy, focused on the power of communication, the importance of inner-view conversations, and how credibility + visibility build a strong personal brand.

The session began with an inspiring note from Jyothasana Arkula, HR Director followed by motivating words from Our CEO, Kunal Choudhary, whose energy and vision encouraged us to push boundaries and grow together.

With energizing water activities, meaningful group bonding, and a joyful gala dinner, the experience went beyond learning—it strengthened who we are as a team.

🌍 Planet Week 2026 at Eruvaka Technology
Theme: Nature – The Source of Everything We Do

In line with SHV theme, the week featured two engaging activities:
My Promise to the Planet Board – where employees shared simple yet meaningful sustainability commitments.

Nature Photo / Memory Activity – where team members posted their favorite nature photographs and memories, along with thoughtful reflections on why those moments matter to them.
The enthusiastic participation across locations made the celebration truly special.

We concluded the week by recognizing some of the most inspiring promises, quotes, and nature photo entries that reflected the creativity, awareness, and commitment of our teams.

A big thank you to everyone who contributed to making Planet Week 2026 a meaningful and impactful celebration.

At Eruvaka Technologies, the day was marked with a meaningful session on “Self-Care is Not Selfish – Redefining Productivity & Guilt” led by Jasmine S. Ahmed from Manoshala. The session encouraged us to reflect on the importance of prioritizing well-being while redefining the way we view productivity.

The celebration continued with a special lunch and a power-packed interaction, bringing everyone together to appreciate the incredible women who contribute to our workplace and life every day.

We had the pleasure of hosting Maarten Bijl, CEO Skretting and COO Aquaculture Board, Nutreco, along with Noel Kim, Managing Director – Asia. During their visit, we took them to Skretting 360+ enabled farms, where they interacted directly with farmers to understand how the program is creating impact and what we can do more. We also agreed on the roadmap for 2026 along with country specific plans to keep generating impact for our farmer partners.

The visit concluded with an engaging townhall, where Maarten and Noel interacted with colleagues from Nutreco India and Eruvaka, reinforcing our shared commitment to the journey ahead.

A truly energising visit that strengthened alignment and momentum for 2026
