Important Notification for Shareholders

We wish to inform you about SAKSHAM NIVESHAK, a 100-day campaign launched by the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA) under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India.

This campaign has been started specifically to reach out to the shareholders to update their KYC, bank mandates, nominee and contact information. The shareholders may also claim their dividend for the aforementioned Financial Years in order to prevent their shares from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (IEPFA).

Amara Raja Energy & Mobility reports consistent growth in hashtag with a 10% YoY increase in revenue, reaching ₹3,164.02 Cr. while Profit Before Tax stands at ₹422.16 Cr, reflecting a 27% YoY growth.

Strong performance in exports, automotive aftermarket, and UPS segments continues to drive business momentum and revenue growth.
