నమస్తే తెలంగాణ, హైదరాబాద్: మూడేండ్లలో నిరంతర విద్యుత్ అందిస్తామని ప్రకటించిన ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్, అంతకంటే ముందే ఆ హామీని నెరవేర్చే దిశగా కసరత్తు చేస్తున్నారు. రాష్ట్ర విద్యుత్ అవసరాలకు వీలుగా, ఈ ఏడాది చివర్లోగా సౌర విద్యుత్‌ను అందుబాటులోకి తీసుకురావాలని అధికారులను ఆదేశించారు. సౌరవిద్యుత్ టెండర్లను త్వరలో ఖరారుచేసి, పనులు ప్రారంభమయ్యేలా చూడాలని సూచించారు. సోమవారం సచివాలయంలో విద్యుత్ అధికారులతో సీఎం కేసీఆర్ సమీక్ష నిర్వహించారు.

ఈ సమావేశంలో పలు నిర్ణయాలు తీసుకున్నారు. రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం ఆదేశాల మేరకు 500 మెగావాట్ల సౌరవిద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తికి సదరన్ డిస్కమ్ టెండర్లను ఆహ్వానించింది. మొ త్తంగా 108 కంపెనీలు టెండర్లలో పాలుపంచుకొన్నాయి. టెండర్లలో కనిష్ఠంగా యూనిట్ ధర రూ.6.45ల నుంచి గరిష్ఠంగా రూ.6.90ల వరకు 34 ప్రైవేటు కంపెనీలు కోట్‌చేశాయి. వీటిని సదరన్ డిస్కమ్ సీఎండీ జీ రఘుమారెడ్డి ప్రభుత్వం దృష్టికి తీసుకువచ్చారు. దీంతో ముఖ్యమంత్రి కేసీఆర్ సౌర విద్యుత్ యూనిట్ ధరను రూ.6.45లుగా సోమవారం ఖరారు చేశారు. దీనికి అనుగుణంగా రాష్ట్రంలో సౌర విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తి చేసేందుకు ముందుకు వచ్చే వారిని ప్రొత్సహించాలని సూచించారు.

కాగా, టెండర్లలో పాలుపంచుకొన్న 34 ప్రైవేట్ కంపెనీలకు సౌరవిద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తికి అనుమతులు లభించనున్నాయి. ఈ వారంలో ఆయా కంపెనీలకు డిస్కమ్‌లు లెటర్ ఆఫ్ ఇండెంట్(ఎల్‌ఓఎ) ఇస్తాయి. వాటి ఆధారంగా సదరు కంపెనీలు బ్యాంకుల నుంచి రుణాలు పొంది, సౌర విద్యుత్ ప్రాజెక్టులను ప్రారంభిస్తాయి. డిస్కమ్‌తో విద్యుత్ కొనుగోలు ఒప్పందం (పీపీఏ)లు కుదుర్చుకున్న 15 నెలల వ్యవధిలోగా కంపెనీలు విద్యుత్ సరఫరాను చేయాల్సి ఉంటుంది.

రాష్ట్రంలో రూ.6.45ల యూనిట్ ధర చొప్పున సౌర విద్యుత్ ఉత్పత్తికి ముందుకు వచ్చే సంస్థలకు డిస్ట్రిబ్యూషన్ కంపెనీలు ఓపెన్ ఆఫర్ ప్రకటించనున్నాయి. ఈ మేరకు డిస్కమ్‌లు ప్రత్యేకంగా కేవలం ముప్పై రోజుల వ్యవధితో నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీచేయనున్నాయి. నోటిఫికేషన్ జారీ అయిన నాటి నుంచి ముప్పై రోజుల్లోగా దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న సోలార్ కంపెనీలకే అవకాశాలు కల్పించనున్నారు. సీఎం సమీక్ష సమావేశానికి విద్యుత్ శాఖ మంత్రి డాక్టర్ సీ లకా్ష్మరెడ్డి, ట్రాన్స్‌కో, జెన్‌కో సీఎండీ డీ ప్రభాకర్‌రావు, ఇంధనశాఖ కార్యదర్శి అరవింద్‌కుమార్, సదరన్ డిస్కమ్ సీఎండీ జీ రఘుమారెడ్డి, నార్తర్న్ డిస్కమ్ సీఎండీ కే వెంకటనారాయణ, డైరెక్టర్ (ఫైనాన్స్) సీ శ్రీనివాసరావు తదితరులు హాజరయ్యారు.
