We are proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers Ltd. (GRSE) on January 29, 2025, in Kolkata.

This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone in our journey to power cutting-edge R&D, co-production, and supply of:
🔹 Advanced Underwater Weapons & Vehicles
🔹 Underwater Mines
🔹 Underwater Communication Systems
🔹 Air Defence Systems

The MoU was signed by our Managing Director Shri Karunakar Reddy Baddam and Cdr. Shantanu Bose (IN Retd.), Director (Shipbuilding), GRSE, in the presence of GRSE CMD Cmde PR Hari (IN Retd.), DIG Subrato Ghosh (ICG Retd.), and other senior officials.

Together, we aim to address the current and future needs of Indian Defence Forces, Paramilitary Forces, and Police, driving forward India's Atmanirbhar Bharat mission.
