Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will play a dual role in managing front office responsibilities while actively supporting marketing and business development activities
Key Responsibilities:
Handle front desk operations, including attending calls and greeting visitors
Manage client inquiries and provide necessary information about products/services
Maintain records, documentation, and office coordination
Perform online research, internet browsing, and data collection
Manage and promote business through social media platforms
Generate leads and support marketing campaigns
Follow up with potential and existing clients
Assist in business development activities
Requirements:
Graduated in any discipline
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, internet usage, email handling)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong client handling ability
Knowledge of social media marketing and lead generation is preferred
Self-motivated, organised, and proactive approach
