With the support of , the first GI-tagged Salem Sago consignment has been sent from Tamil Nadu to Canada.
This export will help many farmers, including tribal communities engaged in tapioca sago cultivation, by increasing their incomes and giving them better access to global markets. It also supports the continued growth of India’s agricultural exports.
