सबसे ज्यादा use होने वाला type

3. Combined Footing
2 columns की एक साथ footing

4. Raft Foundation
पूरी building के नीचे एक slab

🏗️ घर बनाने से पहले का सबसे जरूरी काम!
Soil Test क्यों जरूरी है:
मिट्टी की ताकत पता चलती है
नींव की सही depth decide होती है
कितना load झेल सकती है — पता चलता है
Water table कितना नीचे है — पता चलता है
Black cotton soil है या नहीं — पता चलता है
Soil Test के Types:
✅ 1. Bore Hole Test
जमीन में hole करके sample लेते हैं
सबसे common और accurate test
15-20 फीट तक sample लेते हैं
✅ 2. Plate Load Test
जमीन पर plate रखकर load देते हैं
Bearing capacity पता चलती है
Large projects के लिए
✅ 3. SPT Test
Standard Pe*******on Test
Soil की hardness measure होती है
Multi storey buildings के लिए must
Soil Test Process:
1️⃣ Site पर bore hole करते हैं
2️⃣ हर 5 फीट पर sample लेते हैं
3️⃣ Lab में analysis होती है
4️⃣ Report मिलती है — 3-5 दिन में
5️⃣ Engineer report देखकर foundation design करता है
खर्च कितना:
Basic Soil Test — ₹2,000-5,000
Detailed Test — ₹5,000-15,000
Large Project — ₹15,000-50,000

🏗️ OPC vs PPC — कौनसा चुनें?
✅ OPC 53 Grade
तेज़ strength मिलती है
Column, Beam, Slab के लिए best
जल्दी set होता है
✅ PPC Cement
धीरे set होता है
Plastering और brickwork के लिए best
गर्मी कम पैदा करता है
थोड़ा सस्ता होता है

Structure के लिए OPC और finishing के लिए PPC — यही smart choice है!
