INA Solar is building more than manufacturing capacityโit is building a future-ready energy ecosystem for India. With a strong focus on technology, quality, innovation and sustainable growth, the company is contributing to India's transition towards a cleaner, more energy-independent future. An equal emphasis on integrity, transparency and enduring partnerships shapes how INA Solar works with its customers, channel partners and stakeholders. INA Solar's commitment to domestic manufacturing reflects the vision of Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharatโbuilding in India, for India, and for the world. With over nine years of manufacturing experience, INA Solar currently operates three advanced manufacturing facilities in Jaipur with a combined annual solar module manufacturing capacity of 5.5 GW. Backed by a team of 1,500+ employees, its growing ecosystem is supported by 40,000+ customers, 1,000+ channel partners across 250+ districts and 400+ MW of IPP project deployments. INA Solar (Insolation Energy Limited) has been publicly listed since 2022. Its debut on the BSE SME platform was among the first by a pure-play solar company in India, and drew one of the strongest subscription responses the platform had seen; the company has since migrated to the main boards of the BSE and the NSE. Listing brings its own disciplines โ continuous disclosure, independent audit and board oversight โ and these shape how the business is run day to day. Transparency and compliance remain part of how INA Solar looks after the interests of its shareholders, customers and partners. INA Solar is strengthening its manufacturing capabilities through an integrated expansion strategy, with 4.5 GW of TOPCon solar cell manufacturing capacity and 18,000 MTA of aluminium frame manufacturing capacity underway, both scheduled for commissioning within the current financial year. Together, these facilities represent a combined capital investment of over โน1,600 crore and are expected to generate employment for more than 2,000 people. INA Solar is among the few companies in India developing a gigafactory of this scale in a single phase, rather than through incremental stages of expansion. The approach brings cell, frame and module manufacturing together within one integrated ecosystem, giving the company direct control over supply chain continuity and quality at every stage of production. For customers, this translates into greater consistency, assured availability and dependable long-term performance. This expansion is aimed at strengthening domestic manufacturing, increasing value-chain integration and enabling the company to serve India's rapidly growing demand for reliable, high-quality solar solutions. Technology is at the heart of INA Solar's manufacturing ecosystem, with AI, robotics, IoT and Industry 4.0 practices applied across the production line. AI-enabled inspection, real-time monitoring, automated material handling and SCADA analytics deliver consistency and full traceability. Quality is managed in-house rather than outsourced. INA Solar operates its own testing laboratory, equipped to conduct more than 20 different tests and built in line with NABL testing standards. A dedicated quality team of over 200 people oversees this process, working to 5S standards across all facilities. Innovation is pursued in partnership with India's leading research institutions. An ongoing R&D collaboration with IIT Bombay supports the development and field application of next-generation solar technologies. This combination of automation, in-house testing and applied research is what enables INA Solar to deliver high-performing products at competitive cost. The product portfolio includes advanced TOPCon, Mono PERC and bifacial solar modules designed for residential, commercial, industrial, agricultural and utility-scale applications. From residential rooftops and commercial installations to agricultural applications and large-scale ground-mounted projects, INA Solar is contributing across India's growing clean-energy landscape. The company has completed over 40,000 residential rooftop installations in Rajasthan alone, and supports national programmes including PM-KUSUM and PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, which are extending solar access to farmers and households across the country. INA Solar also supplies public sector undertakings, independent power producers and project developers for both ground-mounted and rooftop installations. Its commitment to domestic manufacturing supports India's long-term clean-energy ambitions while deepening local capability across the value chain. INA Solar has been recognised for its growing strength across financial stability, manufacturing excellence, innovation and brand trust, including:
