“A Workshop organized by department of ECE on the topic of “ECM and ECU Repairing” at Mehr Chand Polytechnic College, Jalandhar”
Under the dynamic leadership of Principal Dr. Jagroop Singh and aegis & able guidance of Er. Prince Madaan, Head, Department of Electronics & Communication Engg. of Mehr Chand Polytechnic College, Jalandhar have organized a workshop on the topic of ECM (Engine Control Module) and ECU (Engine Control Unit) Repairing. Er. Jagjeet Singh (Managing Director), Er. Partap Singh (Director), Er. Gurdarshan Singh (Head, Mechanical Department) and Er. Ramandeep Singh (Operational Manager) from Hi-Tech Automotive Skills Development Academy, Khanna shared their experience in the aforesaid topics with the students of ECE Deptt. The event commenced with a warm welcome by Ms. Preet Kanwal, Lecturer in the ECE department. Er. Jagjeet Singh shared his extensive knowledge on car sensors, car sensor scanners, component testing, fault codes in ECM, ECM programming, and fuel injection coding. He emphasized the critical role of ECM and ECU as the brain of modern vehicle engine management systems, controlling various engine functions to ensure optimal performance, fuel efficiency, and emissions control. Students participated in hands-on workshops where they practiced diagnosing and repairing ECM/ECU units using the latest tools and technologies. The seminar showcased the latest advancements in ECM/ECU technology, including state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment and software. Participants were introduced to cutting-edge tools that are shaping the future of automotive repair, providing them with insights into industry trends and innovations. The lectures delivered by the professionals from Hi-Tech Automotive Skills Development Academy were both convincing and highly motivating, leaving a lasting impression on the staff and students of the ECE department.
